Rink Diary

Dear all,

To access the new New Beckenham Bowls Club Rink Diary, please follow the link below.  It will require you to register, but the process is simple and straight forward.  Our experiences with it last year have shown it to be a good tool, particularly for those of our members who live further away.  There can be some confusion on the first page, over which fields to enter your details in, but it should become obvious.  At the moment, I am the administrator, so your details come to me and access is approved by me.

Below, is a short YouTube video, which I hope will explain how registering works and how to book rinks.  Note that the time periods used in the video are different to the ones we have set for New Beckenham Bowls Club.

I have also attached a Manual (see attached) for the system, if you would prefer to read this.

The regular club competitions will continue to be posted centrally, by the administrators and committee members with responsibility for them.  The Rink Diary will allow members to book their own greens for other competitions and roll ups etc.  This system has gone live again, and in fact a significant number of members are already signed up.
